Grace Faugno (nee Valastro) is the oldest sister of Buddy and is married to Joey Faugno. She and Buddy's three other sisters handle the more businessy-aspects of Carlo's Bakery, such as running the front counter. Grace and Joey have a son named Robert and a daughter named Bartolina.
She is the calm but annoying sister of buddy. Just like the rest of her family, Grace knows how to cook and run a food establishment—however, Grace has had some rather poor experiences with cooking in the past, which has led to her family being very reluctant to let her cook for certain events.
